• • Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slandering, disparaging, intimidating, or discriminating

• • Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other type of malicious code

• • Spamming, phishing, pharming, pretexting, spidering, crawling, or scraping

Workshop fees are payable in advance. All payments are processed securely through Cashfree payment gateway, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to our pricing and payment terms.

• • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• • Payment must be completed before workshop access is granted
• • We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other payment methods supported by Cashfree
• • All transactions are processed securely through Cashfree's encrypted payment gateway
• • We reserve the right to change prices at any time (existing purchases are not affected)
• • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
• • In case of payment disputes, we will work with Cashfree and your bank to resolve the issue
• • You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds or credit limit for payments
• • Failed payments may result in access being revoked until payment is successfully completed

Payment Security: Cashfree uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your payment information. We do not store your complete card details or sensitive payment data on our servers.

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through our services, including but not limited to workshop content, recordings, and materials, are owned by ChunamB Business and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

If you experience any issues with payment processing or transactions:

• • We will investigate the issue and work with Cashfree payment gateway to resolve it
• • For payment disputes, you may also contact your bank or payment provider
• • We will respond to payment-related inquiries within 48 hours
• • All disputes will be handled in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws

Grievance Redressal: For any complaints or grievances, please contact us at the email address provided. We are committed to resolving all customer issues fairly and promptly.

ChunamB Business operates in compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations:

ChunamB Business provides educational content and workshops for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from implementing the strategies discussed in our workshops.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChunamB Business shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific workshop or service in question. We are not responsible for any losses arising from payment processing issues beyond our control, including but not limited to issues with Cashfree payment gateway, banks, or payment networks.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through our website.
