Once a user purchases a live workshop seat, refunds are not generally available because recordings and access links are instantly provided upon payment.

This policy is designed to protect the integrity of our live workshop experience and ensure fair access for all participants.

General Refund Policy

No Refunds Policy

Due to the digital nature of our workshops and the immediate access provided to content upon purchase, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for workshop purchases. This includes:

• Live workshop access and recordings
• Workshop materials and resources
• Community access and support
• Any bonus content or materials

Why No Refunds?

Our workshops provide immediate value through instant access to:

• Live session recordings (available for 7 days)
• Workshop materials and resources
• Community access and networking opportunities
• Follow-up support and guidance

Limited Exceptions

In very limited circumstances, we may consider refunds for the following situations:

Duplicate Payment

If you accidentally made multiple payments for the same workshop, we will refund the duplicate charges within 7 business days.

Technical Error

If there was a technical error on our end that prevented you from accessing the workshop content, we will provide a full refund.

Workshop Cancellation

If we cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund or transfer your registration to the next available session.

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under our limited exceptions, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Support: Email us at abhishekskater21@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase
2. Provide Details: Include your order number, payment confirmation, and detailed explanation of the issue
3. Review Process: We will review your request within 3-5 business days
4. Decision: You will receive a response via email with our decision

Refund Timeline

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days through Cashfree payment gateway and credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Note: Cashfree may charge a processing fee for refunds in certain cases. Any such fees will be clearly communicated to you before processing the refund.
